MATT WALLACE held off a last-round charge by Dane Thorbjorn Olesen to claim a one-shot victory at the BMW International Open in Pulheim, Germany, yesterday.

The Englishman started the day two shots off the lead but shot a seven-under-par 65 to win and hold off Olesen, who scored a stunning 61.
