F-word blast for Gaz

PIERS Morgan has blasted Gary Lineker for swearing on Twitter.

The Match Of The Day host dropped an F-bomb after watching Germany’s last-second winner against Sweden on Saturday.

Lineker tweeted: “Football is a simple game, 22 men chase the ball for 82 minutes and the Germans get a player sent off so 21 men chase the ball for 13 minutes and at the end the Germans somehow f***ing win.”

Good Morning Britain presenter Piers, 53, replied: “Have you got Tourette’s?”

Lineker fired back: “Who the f*** does he play for?” He added: “To the tiny minority I like swearing as it adds emphasis occasionally. I don’t do it on television as you probably don’t watch football to hear what I’ve got to say.

“But on Twitter you can always unfollow if a few letters offend.”

Lineker, 57, was blasted last week for swearing on Twitter as England beat Tunisia.
