BACK in 2015 I had a wild weekend of passion with my brother’s friend.

It was the most fantastic two days of my life.

We loved, we laughed, we drank and we screamed. On the Monday, I assumed he would ask me to become his girlfriend, but he never called. Two days later I heard that he was dating my cousin and I had something of a mini breakdown. Now he’s free again! My cousin has dumped him for not having the same “life goals” as her.

Dare I go to him and tell him how much I still love him? Is this my last chance to grab him before someone else does?

My friends are telling me I’m mad for still being obsessed with the guy, but he’s all I’ve ever wanted – and you can’t help who you fall in love with, can you?

These days he’s even more hunky, mean and moody than ever. I just know we could be so good together.

JANE SAYS: Please wake up to the fact that you and this man enjoyed one weekend of passion. He then ignored you and went off with your cousin.

It’s a free world and you’re entitled to do what you like. But aren’t you guilty of putting him on a pedestal?

I suggest you back off and listen to your friends. What exactly did your cousin mean by “life goals”?

However, if you don’t feel that you can resist him, then keep your eyes open and your wits about you and don’t allow him – or anyone else – to hurt you.
