I FEEL as though the whole world is laughing at me.

It was only after our children were born that I found out that my wife and her mates went to sex parties and took nude photographs of each other.

They also misbehaved with workmen.

For a while there was a story going round about her giving oral sex to a male stripper at a party.

Needless to say she and I are no longer intimate and haven’t even kissed for years.

I plan to divorce her once our youngest reaches 18 but she clearly views me as weak. At the moment I suspect she’s seeing another man.

I often sit in my car in a lay-by and fight my demons.

I ask myself if it’s even worth carrying on. Where do I go from here?

JANE SAYS: Please stay strong and don’t do anything rash.

Your plan to stay in the marriage until your youngest is 18 is a common one.

If you believe that he or she would benefit from you staying, then stick with it.

However, if remaining in the family home is becoming unpleasant and untenable for everyone concerned, then maybe you need to clear your head by moving on now.

Is there a friend, relative or medical professional you could share your worries with? Talking things through is so important.

Remember that you can call the Samaritans (116 123) at any time.
