HOLLY GOOD WITH US SAYS SCARLETT

-

SCARLETT Moffatt has hailed Holly Willoughby’s arrival on I’m A Celebrity as a victory for girl power.

This Morning host Holly will stand in for her pal Ant McPartlin while he continues his recovery from alcohol and prescription drug addiction.

Scarlett, who hosts the ITV2 spin-off show Extra Camp, says she is delighted with his replacement.

She reckons Holly will help the gender balance on the previously blokey show.

“I’m all for girl power,” the 28-year-old told the Daily Star last night. “It’s nice to get a bit of oestrogen to balance out the testosterone.”

Scarlett added: “I think we’re all going to miss Ant, that’s obvious. We all love him.

“But Holly is so professional and amazing at what she does.

“Like she says, she’s keeping the seat warm for him.

“I honestly couldn’t think of anyone better.”

Scarlett, who won I’m A Celeb in 2016, will present Extra Camp with Joel Dommett and Joe Swash after the main show.
