Jungle host a gibbering wreck over biting bugs
PETRIFIED Holly Willoughby is a complete mess during I’m A Celebrity rehearsals with Jungle pal Declan Donnelly. Show doctor Bob McCarron says the host “is more scared than all the celebrities put together” of the deadly creatures Down Under.
TERRIFIED Holly Willoughby has been a gibbering wreck during her first I’m A Celebrity rehearsals.
The new Jungle host is on edge all the time about the array of deadly creatures Down Under.
And the show’s doctor “Medic Bob” McCarron says she is the worst star he has ever seen at coping with the dangers of Australia.
Sexy Holly will get freaked out by almost anything.
“Holly’s more scared than all the celebrities put together, I’m not joking,” he said.
“All I have to do is talk to her and look at the floor and she goes: ‘What’s on the floor?’
“‘What are you looking at the floor
for?’ When they do the trials I think they need a camera just on Holly because she’ll be squirming.”
And Bushtucker Trials chief Matt Wilkinson said Holly jumped out of her skin when she saw a leaf on her leg.
But Holly yesterday said she was having an “amazing” time.
In a video message to This Morning pal Phillip Schofield, she said: “I’m settling into my new home.
“It’s amazing here! It’s so beautiful. “For somebody that’s not that brilliant with nature, I’m sort of fitting in OK.
“I’ve seen a spider. It was only a little one, but it was a real-life spider.
“I’m lifting up toilet seats wherever I go. I’m checking inside my shoes. Yet to see a snake.”
She added: “We’ve done a few sort of rehearsal-y bits. I’ve done a Bushtucker Trial.
“Well, I haven’t done it, but I’ve watched one.
“Something’s just landed on my arm, eek!
“Everything bites. Everything wants to eat you.”
