ALL THE best to Manuel Pellegrini (below) taking on his old club Manchester City today because they are frightening.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they end up going the whole season unbeaten in the Premier League because they are even better than they were last season.
City have gone to Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal and not lost. They only have to go to Chelsea and Manchester United now and they are in with a chance of history.
I don’t see how anyone outside of the big six beats them – or get anywhere near them to be honest. I think they’re the best team in Europe right now.
So for me they are two games away from going the whole season unbeaten and if they get results at Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge then I think it’s on.
The only thing that could stop them is if they win the Champions League and start resting players, but their back-up stars would walk into any other team.
When they beat United they had Leroy Sane, Gabriel Jesus and Fabian Delph – who has just captained England – on the bench. And no
Kevin De
Bruyne.
Look what happened.
They cruised it.
It was just cringeworthy for United fans.
United couldn’t get near them. I’d be surprised if
West Ham can either.
