Beauty treatment fells Prince of Darkness

Ozzy, who turns 70 next month, said: “I’m having the best time of my life – apart from that f***ing thing with my thumb, and I didn’t realise that it was very dangerous.
“I was in hospital for a couple of days and had emergency surgery, and I remember waking up in the morning and Sharon said: ‘What the f*** have you done to your hand?’
“The funny thing is they reckon I got it from a manicure! It won’t stop me from heading to the UK in February.” The Birmingham-born star suffered the infection in his right thumb. He said it swelled to “the size of a f***ing lightbulb” when he was on tour in the US. Ozzy was told if the infection had got into his bloodstream he could have died.
And he revealed the agonising surgery left him unable to do anything with his hand.
He said: “I’m right-handed. You can’t wipe your own ass. And I didn’t have many f***ing volunteers who would do it for me.”
Ozzy is one of rock’s most notorious stars, and claims he can’t remember anything between 1968 and 1998. He has admitted that he doesn’t know how he survived decades of drug and alcohol abuse. The singer continues his No More Tours 2 tour across the US, Europe, Australia and Japan in 2019. Meanwhile Ozzy, who starred in original fly on the wall reality show The Osbournes, has blasted current TV hit Keeping Up With The Kardashians. He said: “What the f *** is the deal with these Kardashians? They don’t sing. They don’t act. “They don’t do anything. When we did The Osbournes it was raw.”
