Wincanton – Rhythm Is A Dancer,
There will be interest in who is from a yard that has a good record at this track. He will have conditions in his favour but this is a great deal tougher than when beating four rivals over course and distance. He is still one for the short list but gets the nod. He was backed down to favourite at Chepstow but failed to get home and the drop back to this trip should help. Any market support for would be of interest. He returns from a long absence and makes his debut for a new yard but had shown ability for his old stable. This is a competitive renewal and is suggested. He lacks experience over fences but posted a very good effort at Exeter on his chasing debut and is able to race off the same mark. His jumping was fast and accurate in the main and he is entitled to improve. benefitted from the last fence fall of a rival when scoring at Chepstow. He steps up in distance but has form at this trip and is likely to be involved along with hat-trick-seeking
The handicapper has taken a dim view of his latest success, putting him up 13lb. But he has won both his starts over fences and is clearly on the upgrade. If short head second to the useful Kilbricken Storm at Ffos Las was not a fluke then he could make his presence felt.
It is no surprise to see out so quickly. Trained by Paul Nicholls (inset), he was clear of the third when a close second at Taunton last week and is due to go up 5lb in future. He looks the one to beat if he is in the same sort of form. won at Hereford but lost the race after causing interference. He is up 3lb but is consistent at this level and remains of interest off his current mark. There may still be more to come from who was a tidy winner at Huntingdon and should again have the measure of who was third. Fast conditions are the key to who has won three of his last six starts. He must have a chance if the ground remains in his favour.
