LOVE ISLE PAIR SPLIT
REALITY TV couple Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham last night shocked their fans by announcing they have split up.
The pair fell for each other on Love Island on their way to winning the show four months ago.
Dani, daughter of EastEnders star Danny Dyer, and her hunky fella quickly won the approval of each others’ families after leaving the TV villa and they moved in together in August.
Jack revealed the smitten couple were also making plans to wed. He said at the time: “We’re getting married next year, 100%. Like my mum said to me so many times, ‘When you know about someone, you just know’. And now I know what she’s talking about.”
But last night Dani took to Instagram to tell fans: “Jack and I have sadly decided to part ways.
“It’s been an incredible six months, and we will always have a place in our hearts for each other, but we’ve sadly come to the realisation that it’s not meant to be long term.
“We both plan to stay friends. I hope you’ll all understand. Love Dani x.”
The pair have been filming their own spin-off reality series, Jack and Dani: Life After Love Island, which an ITV source last night said would still be aired on ITVBe.
The split came at an almost identical stage of the relationship as the previous year’s winner’s Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies who lasted 132 days together.
