GRINCH ambulance bosses are grabbing hero NHS crews’ Christmas gifts left by a grateful mystery Santa.

A NURSE claims £120 lip fillers left her “looking like The Elephant Man”.

Billie Roocroft spent seven hours in casualty after the procedure.

The 23-year-old from Horwich, Gtr Manchester, thought her lips were going to “pop”.

Billie claimed: “My bottom lip was touching my chin.”

And she added that her two-year-old daughter “was a bit scared and just stared at me”.

A spokesman for Belissimo Rivington Aesthetics, which put in Billie’s fillers, said there was “always a risk” of an allergic reaction.
