Pie fan arrested

A FAN was arrested for throwing a pie during a Premier League match.

The Brighton and Hove Albion supporter faces a £1,000 fine after allegedly lobbing the Piglet’s Pantry pastry on to the pitch during his team’s 3-1 home win against Crystal Palace.

Sussex Police also said 10 arrests were made after emergency service workers were assaulted following the match last Tuesday.
