MY workmate is a party animal and now we’re getting close to Christmas I know she will be pulling sickies all the time.

We’ve worked as administrators for nearly three years and the past two Decembers have been real nightmares for me.

Either she calls in sick, or she’s too hungover to do any proper work.

I’m keen to work my way up in the company but she has no ambition.

I don’t want to be the one who drops her in it, but I’m fed up of her behaviour. What can I do?
