Shakira on £13m tax rap
POP star Shakira has been accused of a £13million tax evasion.
It is alleged she owes the cash to the Spanish authorities from the period 2012 to 2014.
The country’s public prosecutor claims she was living in Spain with her partner, the Barcelona footballer Gerard Piqué, while listing her official residence as elsewhere.
But sources close to the Colombian singer say she was living outside Spain during the relevant period and denied she evaded tax.
