Nice to see David Dimbleby get a standing ovation at the end of his last appearance as Host of Question Time. 25 years of presenting the BBC’s flagship political programme, he should receive a knighthood for services to broadcasti­ng. I must agree with a comment by the pleb in yesterday’s DS, what a horrible thing to say to Emily Atack that she didn’t stand a chance with his son because of how she looked in the jungle, How did he expect her to look, I have to say she is beautiful with or without make up, he soon changed his mind at the rap party though didn’t he. lightfoot

What is it with all these soap actresses, they have lovely shiny dark hair when they start and like Rhona the vet gradually turn a white straw colour with dark roots. She just looks washed out. GINNY P
