Parking tickets... at 1am

LOCALS were left fuming after parking wardens ticketed cars outside their homes – at 1am.

Parking enforcement firm CPM staff carried out the early morning action in the Perry Hill area of Tewkesbury, Glos, on behalf of social housing company Stonewater.

The firm said it was aimed at vehicles without permits.

At least eight residents now face fines of £100.
