ARIANA TO GET GIFT

-

UNLIKELY contender for this year’s Christmas No1 with We Built This City On Sausage Rolls, LadBaby is looking to further his music career.

Currently bookies favourite to nab the top spot with a song about sausage rolls, the YouTube star is eyeing up a totally “geezer” collaboration.

LadBaby, real name Mark Hoyle, wants Danny Dyer to feature on his next comedic single.

He told me: “I haven’t met any celebrities really, I met Martin Lewis at a fayre and I was in awe of him but I think that’s where I am lacking.

“Last year Ed Sheeran had Beyoncé, sadly I don’t have her on speed dial, but if I could get anyone on a track it would be Danny Dyer.

“If I can get him on a track that would be my dream, maybe we can do that next year.”

Mark wants to spread the message “sausage rolls are king” and has offered to send one to Ariana Grande as a consolation if he beats her to No1.

He laughed: “I was joking with my wife, we were sat on the sofa eating McDonald’s and I said: ‘Imagine now if Ariana Grande is sat somewhere in America on the Internet going who the hell is LadBaby? Is he taking my spot? And what is a sausage roll?’ I will happily be the global voice for sausage rolls, I am well up for that.”

And he wants Greggs to sort him out, adding: “I’m yet to receive an official sausage roll sponsorship so maybe after this you never know.

“I’ve tweeted Greggs like mad saying: ‘We need a blue card’ but if one does exist they haven’t offered it up.”

Profits from We Built This City On Sausage Rolls will go to food banks around the UK.
