Eat up at just £10 as feasts feed four
FAMILIES can tuck into a dinner for four by forking out just a tenner at Morrisons cafes.
The in-store offer includes adult meals, two child meals, drinks and two pieces of fruit.
Mums and dads can pick from a menu including steak pie, bangers and mash, beef lasagne or chicken and avocado salad.
Children can enjoy a cheese pizza, toad in the hole, chicken nuggets or a snack pack. And it all costs just £10. Helen Tordoff, head of Café at Morrisons, said: “We’ve listened to our customers and we know that this is the time of year when they might feel the pinch.
“We know that families want to be able to eat out and we hope that by offering this deal, we can help them afford an enjoyable cafe meal – and without the washing up.
“The offer includes some of our customer favourite dishes such as our handbattered fish and chips, freshly prepared chicken and avocado salad, the Morrisons Makes It Burger as well as kids’ chicken nuggets and spaghetti Bolognese.
“We can’t wait to hear what customers think.”
The supermarket chain has launched a series of initiatives to boost its cashstrapped shoppers following customer feedback that found they struggle with their weekly shop in the weeks immediately after the Christmas period.
Bosses have slashed prices on 935 products.
This week was cause for celebration as Morrisons reported Christmas sales were up for the fourth year in a row.
