JET FAMILY FLOORED
A FAMILY had to sit on the floor of their plane when they discovered their seats didn’t exist.
The Taylors found an empty space where their seats were meant to be on the TUI plane back to Birmingham from Menorca.
Paula, 44, and husband Ian, 55, pictured with daughter Brooke, 10, had flip-up seats for take-off and landing but had to sit on the floor for the flight so staff could access food.
Paula tells tomorrow’s Rip-off Britain on BBC One: “We just couldn’t believe it.” TUI said it was due to a “last minute aircraft change”.
