Sara: I’ll jacket in for spud
RADIO star Sara Cox would love to set up a business selling roast potatoes from a van.
The 44-year-old, who is the new host of Radio 2’s Drivetime show from today, said that if she flops on the airwaves she will turn to selling spuds.
She added: “I could be a world champion roast potato maker.
“If things go wrong with radio, I might start a roast tattie van, parked up in the back streets of Bolton.”
She also revealed she was bullied at school for her physical features.
The mum of three said: “I had long legs and big lips, and those were the things I got teased for.”
