A MUGSHOT of a beauty salon customer wanted by police has gone viral because of her “trout pout”.

The woman is alleged to have left the salon without paying for her treatment.

Officers shared the photograph on their Facebook page in the hope that someone would recognise her.

But instead of cracking the case, detectives were blitzed with gags about the suspect’s appearance.

More than 1,300 people left comments. One wrote: “I’ve printed this photo off and put it on the mantle piece to keep the kids away from the fire when it is on.”

Another said: “Stick a decent carp fisherman on the roof of the shopping centre and he’ll catch her in no time.”

A third added: “I’d leave without paying if that was the result!!”

While another wrote: “Looks like the salon got their revenge in first.”

“I’d give Easter Island a go,’’ said another joker.

While one more added: “What’s the motto of the salon... ‘treatment so bad you won’t recognise yourself afterwards’?”

The image was shared on social networking sites. One wag wrote: “That’s some trout pout – she could win an angling contest.”

Police in Aylesbury, Bucks, launched the appeal after the woman and a pal allegedly made off without paying on January 20.

Officers wrote online: “Do you recognise this woman? We believe she has vital information about a ‘bilking’ from a beauty salon in Aylesbury.

“Two women received treatments at the salon and then left without paying.”
