picture shows, when pal Brigitte Winkelmann (Lavinia Wilson) suggests they venture out she uses a disguise and dresses up in a Uma Thurman as Mia Wallace-style wig.

A NEW “Broadchurch” is about to grip the nation.

The Bay is set in the seaside town of Morecambe and will feature a police probe into missing teenage twins.

Just like the 2013 drama with Olivia Colman and David Tennant, millions will be left guessing “whodunnit?” in this new thriller.

And even the cast admit they got it wrong trying to work it out.

ITV’s new drama will focus on the case of twins Holly and Dylan Meredith who go missing after a night out. One is later found dead.

The prime suspect is their mum’s new husband Sean played by Robin Hood star Jonas Armstrong.

DC Lisa Armstrong (played by Morven Christie) is tasked with cracking the case and the actress admits in real life she would have struggled to find the culprit.

She said: “My detective skills are absolutely terrible. It did surprise me whodunnit.”

Co-star Daniel Ryan, who plays her boss DI Tony Manning, added: “The person I thought it was, I couldn’t have been more wrong.”

Morven teases that – just like Broadchurch – the drama will serve up plenty of red herrings throughout to keep everyone guessing.

She added: “They lay out a load of people and dish them up on a plate and as things go on and threads get pulled – there are lots of suspects.”

The Bay starts Wednesday, March 20, on ITV. HOLBY’S spring trailer teases that Lofty (Lee Mead) and sacked violent doctor Isaac Mayfield (Marc Elliott) are returning. SCENIC: The all-star cast GONE: Darci Shaw as Holly and Noah Valentine as Dylan
