I’LL NEVER REMARRY AFTER JADE

Jack’s sadness 10 years on

- By MARK CHANDLER

HEARTBROKEN Jack Tweed says he will never get over his ex-wife Jade Goody and plans to stay single forever.

Jack opened his heart 10 years after Jade’s death from cervical cancer.

He told “She was 100million per cent the love of my life. Nobody has ever come close to Jade and I don’t see how they ever will. That pain of losing the person you love never goes away.”

And despite relationships with women, including Chanelle Hayes, the 31-year-old said he will never settle down again.

He said: “I’m never going to be as happy as I was with Jade so I don’t feel it will be fair if I get with someone else.”

Jack wed the reality star, then aged 27, in February 2009 just a month before she passed away.

Among the groomsmen that day was exTowie star Mark Wright, Jack’s best pal. Jack said he had been an emotional rock, adding: “We grew up together and Mark is so good with stuff like that, he always knows the right things to say.”

After her death Jack struggled to cope and went “off the rails”, leading to Jade’s ex Jeff Brazier stopping him from seeing her sons Bobby, 15, and Freddie, 14.

But he has since been reunited with the boys he spent years raising.

He told “Now he’s seen I’ve sorted myself out, he got in touch and said the boys had been asking about me.

“They came around to mine for tea and Jeff was there so it felt like an awkward first date!”
