10 years for killer
A MAN who killed Brit teenager Scarlett Keeling in Goa has been jailed for 10 years.
Samson D’Souza, 36, was found guilty of “culpable homicide”.
Fiona MacKeown, 55, of Bideford, Devon, the mum of Scarlett, 15, said she was “very happy” with the sentence.
