STRANGE WAYS TO BE SEXY
★
BINGE drinking blokes are a turn-on to some women, according to a new study.
This is apparently because the ability to drink a lot signals they are “healthy and strong”.

But the findings, which the Daily Star reported yesterday, are not the only surprising laws of attraction.
Here JAMES MOORE has put together a guide to the more unusual ways of winning over the opposite sex…
HIM…
Specs appeal: Four-eyed blokes could be more likely to get a mate, according to a study by the University of Stockholm. It found women make passes at guys who wear glasses – as they make them appear intelligent.
Cut above: Don’t worry if you don’t have perfect skin. Experts at Liverpool University found that women see men with scars as attractive as they indicate an adventurous, macho and brave type. But they are more likely to choose them for a fling than a relationship.
Strike a chord: Learning to play the guitar could boost your sex life, according to French researchers. A study reported in Psychology of Music found that women favoured men carrying a guitar over those with a sports bag.
Shades of grey: Silverhaired George Clooney has it right. A survey by Match. com found that 72% of women reckon grey hair is alluring, while an Australian study found that stubble was the sexiest facial hair.
True clove: Eating garlic may make your breath smell but, puzzlingly, researchers at the University of Stirling and Prague’s Charles University found that men who had eaten the stuff were more attractive to women.

Ink again: Body art, sported celebs such as film star Megan Fox, could help women find a mate. In a poll of 1,300 men by AskMen.com, 69% said they would be attracted to a woman with a tattoo, while 55% said they would be attracted to a woman with a piercing. Slap down: A study published in the Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology found that men tend to prefer women who wear up to 40% fewer cosmetics.
Weighty finding: Men no longer want super skinny partners – they like more muscular physiques, according to researchers at the University of MissouriKansas City in the US.
Pluck’s sake: Bushy eyebrows like those of sexy model Cara Delevingne are more of a turn-on, say researchers at Oakland University in America.
Hang out: If you want to impress a bloke, be seen with a lot of pals. A study in the journal Scientifc Reports found that women tend to be deemed more attractive in a group thanks to a so-called “cheerleader effect”.
