Space for clean-up

A SPACE tow truck will be sent into orbit to remove junk circling the Earth.

The £100million device, backed by £10m of British cash, will launch in 2025.

Swiss firm ClearSpace was chosen to begin clearing up the “dead” satellites.

Founder Luc Piguet said: “The space debris issue is more pressing than ever.”
