VIDEO NAZI! Horror after wi-fi hub slur
A STUDENT was horrified when her Now TV hub gave her the public wi-fi name “Nazi”.
The random allocation of letters spelled out “NOWTVNAZI5” and Lauren Long, 26, fears her neighbours might think she chose it herself. She said: “I have a very close friend who had relatives die in a concentration camp under the Nazis, and it’s just awful.”
Now Lauren, from East Grinstead, West Sussex, is urging Now TV to stop the term from appearing on anyone else’s wi-fi.
A spokesman for firm said: “We will the be reviewing and expanding the list of blacklisted words to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”
