Bullying hell over fat legs

A WOMAN whose thighs grew to 27in was told by strangers she would “look better as an amputee”.

Kelly McGlasson, 46, has lipedema – an abnormal build up of fat cells – which makes her need size 24 trousers although her top half is just size 14.

She said she had been bullied over her weight for nearly three decades.

Kelly, of Margate, Kent, said: “It twisted my mind but I have made peace with how my body is.”
