However, one study by the University of Bristol found 88% of people will fail to keep them.

She’s known for flaunting her assets on Instagram, but 2020 could spark disappointment for fans of reality TV star Kim Kardashian. Kim has hinted in recent interviews that she is planning to dress less sexily in the coming year after husband Kanye West voiced that sometimes her photographs were “overkill”.

The Spice Girls have a mammoth arena tour this year, but could there be more in the pipeline? Mel B said in a recent interview that her resolution for 2020 was to “tour with the Spice Girls”. She also added that donning her famous leopard print outfits helped her feel more herself, so we are assuming she’ll be wearing more of them.

breaking his resolution to ditch his phone and email, something he says has helped him have more time for himself. However, he recently said he may have to renege on the latter, as his wife Natasha was being “driven potty” by receiving emails directed to her famous man.

While many of us will be on day two of Dry January, this is unlikely to be the case for Love Island 2019 star Harley Brash.
She recently posted a snap of herself on Instagram showing her with a massive glass of booze, captioned: “My
New Years resolution this year was to enjoy red wine... and here I am with a big fat glass of red in the Alps.”

joined naturalist Chris Packham to urge people to promise to do Veganuary. The global organisation encourages people to make a New Year’s resolution to go vegan, at least for the first month of the year.

Love Island’s Amy Hart
appeared on Celebs Go Dating last year to help bag herself a man after being dumped by Curtis Pritchard in the Villa, and she’s now revealed that she’s considering being a single mum. “I have been thinking about freezing my eggs for a while and I’ve decided to do it next year. It is one of my New Year resolutions,” she recently said.

However, if resolutions aren’t for you, try actor
Freddie Prinze Jnr’s
approach. In a chat with a US women’s magazine, he said he doesn’t make them. “I’ve never believed in them,” he said, before adding “plus, a resolution gets you stuck in a gym membership that you can’t get out of”... we can relate.
