2016 and has quickly become the best way to watch the box. Not only does it allow you to view movies and sport in full 4K but there’s the ability to store 1,000 hours of content, record six programmes at once and watch different shows in three separate rooms. Recent updates have improved the voice search and you can finally access Netflix all from one place.
IT’S hard to believe that 2013 was when the first pin-sharp 4K TV was switched on in living rooms. Over the past few years, these stunning goggle boxes have got bigger, brighter and cheaper with telly addicts now able to buy a big-screened 4K TV for under £500. Although we love 4K it could soon be time to usher in the next generation of televisions with eye-popping 8K about to take homes by storm.
NOONE had heard of Alexa back in 2010 but now her name is mentioned every day in millions of homes across the world.
Amazon’s Alexapowered Echo speakers, which include the Dot, pictured left, have quickly become musthave gadgets with these devices booming out music, reading the news and even switching on your heating – all from the sound of your voice.
