Pervert a repeat offender

A PERVERT was caught performing a lewd act in a bush just two days after being released from jail.

Ricky Neville, 51, who has been diagnosed with sexual OCD, was spotted “ducking and diving” among park shrubbery.

He then attempted to run from police in Margate, Kent, while still not wearing trousers or underpants, Canterbury Crown Court was told.

The ex radio presenter’s criminal record includes 18 indecent exposures and six indecent assaults.

Judge Rupert Lowe told him: “You’re out for two days and there you go, at it again.” He jailed Neville for two years for outraging public decency.
