James trolled BLACKPOOL SHOCK Meg is broody

EUROVISION fans are calling on UK hopeful James Newman to change the title of his song My Last Breath as they think it is in poor taste in the light of the coronavirus deaths.

The singer – due to head to Rotterdam in May for the contest – has been targeted by social media haters with comments such as “in the year of coronavirus, not the best title”, “tasteless” and “what an unfortunate title”.

The BBC last night declined to comment but a Eurovision source pointed out: “No-one’s moaning about Latvia’s song Still Breathing and Austria’s Alive.”

star Lisa Kudrow got a shock when she flew to the UK to film a new comedy called

in Blackpool.

The actress was told by fellow cast members that the northern seaside resort was just like Las Vegas.

But when Lisa – best known as dippy Phoebe Buffay in the US sitcom – tried to

go gambling she was greeted by rather less exciting penny arcades.

Lisa said: “That was my first trip to Blackpool. And yes, they did sell it as Las Vegas, but Las Vegas to me is gambling so I was excited to maybe go to a casino, but I misunderstood the comparison.”

She added: “Ultimately, nothing is like Las Vegas. Blackpool seemed like a pretty quiet seaside town.”

Feel Good stars Mae Martin and Charlotte Ritchie as girlfriends Mae and George. Lisa plays Mae’s mum.

But the star did fall in love with our digestive biscuits and orders them in bulk to her US home.

Lisa said: “I have them in the morning with my coffee.”

And the actress couldn’t get enough of British telly, with her favourite show Who Do You Think You Are?.

● Feel Good starts on March 18 at 10pm on Channel 4.

SHERLOCK star Martin Freeman reckons his new Sky One comedy

Breeders will run and run – as there are so many bringing-upbaby stories to tell.

The actor and his co-star Daisy Haggard play ageing parents Paul and Ally, who are struggling to bring up their kids.

It’s being billed as “an honest and uncompromising” show portraying the realities of being a mum and dad.

Asked if Breeders was likely to get a recommission, Martin predicted: “Yes. In fact, there is no end of stories if you’re a parent or if you’re married, is there?”

● The show starts tomorrow at 10pm on Sky One.

THE Voice UK coach Meghan Trainor has only been on the ITV show for one season but looks set to fly the nest.

The US singer wants to have a family within the next two years.

Meghan said: “I’m going on tour with Maroon 5 after this but after that I warned my team, ‘I’m going to a doctor and asking them how does this pregnancy stuff happen? I want to get pregnant now!’

“I want kids within the next two years, for sure.” ★

DOWNTON creator Julian Fellowes has penned a new Netflix drama about the origins of football called

The English Game.

And apparently the posh writer is no fan of VAR, saying: “There is a parallel to this habit they have now in opera of putting over titles where it translates what they are singing and we miss the performance.”
