DURATION is based on a renovated farm in Norfolk, brewing all kinds of beers from hoppy pales and brooding stouts to intriguing Belgian-style farmhouse ales that spend time in various wooden barrels.
Doses is a simpler beer, the brewery’s
take on the Bavarian Pils style.
Yet there is nothing simple about the range of flavour and the satisfaction of each sip that this gorgeous beer gives when poured into the glass.
Pale gold, as if it’s just seen a ghost, it has a fresh floral aroma, as if wanting to replicate the joy of a summer’s day.
It’s light and lemony, slightly flowery and full-bodied on the palate, while the finish is bracingly dry with a hint of bitterness that tickles the back of the throat.
