DURATION is based on a renovated farm in Norfolk, brewing all kinds of beers from hoppy pales and brooding stouts to intriguing Belgian-style farmhouse ales that spend time in various wooden barrels.

Doses is a simpler beer, the brewery’s

take on the Bavarian Pils style.

Yet there is nothing simple about the range of flavour and the satisfacti­on of each sip that this gorgeous beer gives when poured into the glass.

Pale gold, as if it’s just seen a ghost, it has a fresh floral aroma, as if wanting to replicate the joy of a summer’s day.

It’s light and lemony, slightly flowery and full-bodied on the palate, while the finish is bracingly dry with a hint of bitterness that tickles the back of the throat.
