Gary reacted with a risqué post about how he is “entertaining” himself during the coronavirus pandemic. The 59-year-old said: “Not much else to do in a lockdown.”
One fan remarked: “Can’t remember you taking many throw-ins Gary. Do they mean a different kind of tosser?”
ITV’S political correspondent Robert Peston was fourth, ahead of Radio 2 presenter Jeremy Vine.
Jeremy, who also hosts a Channel 5 chat show, said: “Furious that I’m in fifth place here.”
Asked if it meant he was the “biggest tosser or the least tosser-ish”, he replied: think the least. It’s totally unfair.”

Winner – or loser – Piers has long been reviled on Twitter. The Good Morning Britain host received the most mentions when the #Mediascum hashtag was trending this week.
And Sky veteran Kay was ridiculed after the 2015 Paris terror attacks when she posted a picture of a dog in the French city with the caption: “Sadness in his eyes.”
