Cop stab charges

A SUSPECT has been charged with grievous bodily harm after a police officer was stabbed in the arm.

Ibrahim Gul, 37, has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and cannabis.

It follows an incident in Hendon Way, north-west London, on Friday.

Gul of Golders Green, London, is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court today.

The officer has now been discharged from hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
