The I’m A Celebrity star, 35, said: “I have to be careful what I watch.
“It could send me down a spiral of feeling negative or feeling afraid.
“Before I know it, I’m near panic attack. “That’s why I don’t watch Eastenders, Coronation Street or any of that stuff.’’
