JASON Derulo is searching for a record label as smart as he is before signing a new contract.
The UK’S current chart topper (with Jawsh 685) is without a deal for the first time in his career but he isn’t worried because apparently labels don’t have a clue how to operate in the 21st Century.
Jason said: “I would like to speak about the incompetence of labels.
“There are so many stupid people at the highest level, it’s shocking. Now I can talk about it because I’m not currently on a label and I probably won’t be for a little bit. I’m tired of working with stupid people, I can’t be smarter than everybody.
