BY demonstrating the ability to keep your colleagues’ confidences, you will earn their trust and they will reward you with the same courtesy.

The minute there is any suspicion of people working against each other or behind someone’s back, trust will be lost and it can be impossible to regain. If you disagree strongly with something a colleague has said or done, it is much better to address this with them directly rather than taking it up with a manager.

A great deal of time and effort should be invested in the development of working relationships to ensure that they are mutually beneficial and productive.

SAVINGS: No commuting fees themselves in a really difficult situation when it comes to money right now, and there is no clear indication of when this situation will improve. Most homes have meters for utilities now so my best advice is to calculate exactly what additional costs have been incurred as a result of working from home and then ask yourself whether it is actually significant enough to raise with your employer.
