SIR David Attenborough has motivated the majority of people to become more environmentally friendly.

Six out of 10 Brits said that the iconic broadcaster, 94, changed their attitudes towards the climate crisis.

The second most influential person was Swedish activist Greta Thunberg, 18, says a study by tech company 3 Sided Cube.

Richard Strachan, of the firm, said: “Thanks to public figures, Brits are taking the climate crisis seriously.”
