DANCING On Ice new boy Matt Richardson suffered “concussion and a black eye” in a training accident.
The comic, 29, who is replacing Rufus Hound, 41, after he tested positive for Covid, has been practising for as long as the other contestants.
Disaster struck when he fell while holding a pole to stop him moving his arms while skating early in his regime.
Matt said: “I couldn’t put my hands out so my face took all of the fall. I ended up being sent home with concussion and a black eye.”
