Praise for paperboy

-

GOOD on paperboy Robert Purt.

The eagle-eyed teenager has been hailed a hero for saving the life of an OAP. He noticed the elderly woman hadn’t read her newspaper and alerted his bosses.

After cops were called it was found the 88-year-old had been lying on her floor for three days following a fall.

Now she is expected to make a full recovery.

Well done that man.

His quick-thinking actions are to be applauded. And they’re in stark contrast to last week’s Postman Prat, who wouldn’t even stop to pick up a pensioner.

But the lad’s heroics should come as no surprise.

We’ve always said you should trust the paperboy!

DAILY Star readers have overwhelmingly declared that Piers Morgan would be a better Prime Minister than Boris Johnson.

A whopping 83% of voters agreed that they would prefer the Good Morning Britain host to be in Downing Street rather than the clown now in charge.

Their support for loudmouth Piers, 55, was made clear after we beamed a half-naked image of him on to Parliament.

The bandwagon first started rolling after we asked whether it was time for #PMFORPM following a series of blistering interviews making politicians look stupid on GMB.

And Piers, who suggested he would appoint stars such as Susanna Reid and Marcus Rashford to his cabinet, has already hinted he would be up for the job.

He said: “What started as a bit of fun has now become a serious bandwagon, with more and more people clamouring for me to take over the reins at No10 and restore some kind of order to our embattled nation.

“Britain’s in turmoil and it needs fixing.”
