Pup con warning

BREEDERS are passing off mutts as pedigree pups, the RSPCA is warning.

Dealers are cashing in on the popularity of socalled designer dogs, which sell for up to £3,500.

An RSPCA spokesman said “unscrupulous” sellers claimed pups were “different breeds” and “falsified papers” to con buyers.
