Lost girlfriend is falling apart

MY partner has let herself go. She’s stopped showering, washing her hair and cleaning her teeth.

She’s not working and claims she’s fine but she’s disintegrating before my eyes. She used to sparkle with energy but now shuffles around like a lost soul. She’s even started saying she’s not going to look for another job.
