SOME sandwich fillings are totally out to lunch! Yesterday we revealed that BBC Breakfast host Louise Minchin loves a tasty sausage butty… with marmalade.

The 52-year-old shuns savoury sauces, saying: “That’s messed with your head, hasn’t it?”

And Subway recently added crisps as one of its filling options.

BANANA AND HOT SAUCE: Rita Ora, 30, got the taste for this combo on tour, saying: “Bananas and bread and tabasco were my go-to. For one it was cheap and, two, I have a very salty, sweet tooth.”

PEAS: Few of us would be green with envy when it comes to TV’S Phillip Schofield’s prime sandwich filling. When the 59-year-old was asked how the veg doesn’t just roll out, he joked: “That is a skill you will acquire in time.”

PIZZA: Actress Jennifer Lawrence reckons this is her greatest culinary invention. The 30-year-old says: “You have a piece of pizza, you put chili in it with noodles, and then another piece of pizza and then you eat it like a sandwich.”

MARS BAR AND BACON: Heavyweigh­t champ Tyson Fury, 32, says: “Get a sandwich like this… two slices of bacon and a Mars bar, close it and eat it.” He also enjoys tuna mayonnaise sandwiches with crushed Wotsits.

PBJ AND CHEESE PUFFS: US actor Channing Tatum, 40, enjoys classic US filling peanut butter and jelly – our jam – then he adds “some Cheetos shoved in there, then you’re good to go”.

CHOCOLATE: Dragons’ Den star Deborah Meaden has a seriously sweet tooth when it comes to her fave sandwich. Admitting she’s not a great cook, Deborah, 62, likes to use a block of chocolate and adds: “It has to be cheap white bread.”

RELISH AND MAYO: While she was pregnant, 41-year-old Kourtney Kardashian craved sandwiches crammed with nothing but condiments.

FULL ENGLISH: Celeb chef Heston Blumenthal, 54,

once created a Full English sandwich for Waitrose, with all the usual fried breakfast ingredient­s, plus baked-bean bread and coffee-flavoured ketchup.

STEAK AND PEANUT BUTTER: Hollywood star Elizabeth Taylor liked to indulge with a chunky steak or hamburger, smeared in peanut butter.

BACON, BANANA AND PEANUT BUTTER: Elvis Presley had a legendary appetite and loved this concoction. He is reported to have gorged on 8,000-calorie hollowedou­t loaves filled with whole jars of peanut butter and jelly with a pound of bacon. Elvis died aged 42 in 1977 weighing 25st.
