A CITY slicker who ranked a junior colleague as a “seven” on a night out later claimed he meant that was her ideal rugby position.

His case was dismissed by an employment tribunal which ruled his sacking was justified.

The hearing in London was told Skinner drunkenly approached Ms Lennox at the company’s annual conference.

The University of Birmingham graduate approached another woman, named as Ms J, and made inappropri­ate comments, before a third rejected him as “sleazy”. After the conference he was reported to his bosses and an investigat­ion was launched.

He denied the accusation­s but Judge Natasha Joffe ruled the claims of unfair dismissal and discrimina­tion were unfounded.

She said: “It was within the band of reasonable responses to dismiss him.”
