He was fired by Smith & Williamson Corporate Services Ltd for gross misconduct but launched an unfair dismissal claim.
His case was dismissed by an employment tribunal which ruled his sacking was justified.
The hearing in London was told Skinner drunkenly approached Ms Lennox at the company’s annual conference.
The University of Birmingham graduate approached another woman, named as Ms J, and made inappropriate comments, before a third rejected him as “sleazy”. After the conference he was reported to his bosses and an investigation was launched.
He denied the accusations but Judge Natasha Joffe ruled the claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination were unfounded.
She said: “It was within the band of reasonable responses to dismiss him.”
