Channel blanked by Piers

PIERS Morgan did not make an appearance on the new GB News channel because it featured his “enemy” Lord Sugar.

When host Dan Wootton revealed The Apprentice boss would appear, station boss Andrew Neil joked: “That’s why Piers Morgan wouldn’t come on. That’s why you never see them in the same studio.”

The channel launched on Sunday and Piers, who quit Good Morning Britain, was expected to feature.
