12lb tot is larger than life
A Mumof-four gave birth to a 12lb baby girl at home, with only gas and air to get her through the pain.
Ayshah Maton, 34, said Eloise’s birth was “amazing” despite the tot tipping the scales at 4lb 10oz above average for a newborn girl.
The tot is believed to be the second biggest girl born naturally in the UK.
“It was a really positive experience,” Ayshah added.
“Maybe it was because I knew what to expect, because she was my fourth.”
The baby is now home with Ayshah and dad Gari, in Ashendon, Bucks.
