Seen but not herd
DEAF sheepdog Peggy has learned to follow sign language commands.
Chloe Shorten, 28, who took in the dog with shepherd husband Jason, said she was “teaching her how to herd without relying on voice commands”.
The Mid Norfolk and North Suffolk RSPCA worker added: “She reads our hand signals and body language. She’s proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks.”
