CHRIS FROOME will not lead Israel Start Up Nation at the Tour de France this month.

Instead, Canadian team-mate Michael Woods will challenge to win the race.

Froome, who suffered injuries in a crash at Criterium du Dauphine in 2019, has said he does not have the form to bid for a fifth crown but could still be part of the eight-man squad.
