BORIS “Bozo” Johnson gets to grips with an electric racing car – as he insists England is on the right track with Freedom Day.
The Prime Minister – in Coventry visiting the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre yesterday – said it is “highly probable” the worst of the pandemic is over.
He admits Covid will still be a “continuing menace” but said: “With every day that goes by we build higher the wall of vaccineacquired immunity.”
Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford said the UK Government is an “outlier” and thinks England should follow Scotland and Wales by continuing to make masks compulsory.
